It's been a while and you have finally decided to get back on track, and no longer put your health and wellness on the back burner. You have not worked out or done ANY form of exercise in months...maybe a few years?
Come on. It's not that bad.
You have probably parked your car, and walked into the grocery store. Unloaded the bags when you got home. You vacuum the house, plant perennials in the flower beds, and walk up and down the stairs.
This ALL counts!
Maybe you already have a routine of walking for 20-30 minutes, 4-5 times a week. You go to the gym to swim or do a weight workout.
I got this! I run 3-6 miles every other day, AND do a core and strengthening sequence.
