1. My life is disciplined, I have tried multi-sports, and have a workout regiment but want to take it to the next level. I can probably handle a 10 k run, but I am interested in trying a half marathon and eventually a marathon.


2. Healthy choices are what I strive for, but I am interested in learning more about detox, juicing, and cleansing.


I am interested in competing!


3. What can I do to alleviate stress in my life?


How can I take my wholeness to the next level? Mentally, emotionally and spiritually?



4. These extra 10 lbs won’t go away. What do I do?


5. There is never enough time in the day to work on my goals and interests. How do I manage my time more effectively?


6. There is one specific area that I would like to concentrate on and work on.
