Juicy (or Smoothy) Tips

Here are a few ideas to get you started on your journey of juicing. Really it's all up to you, your taste, and how creative you want to be. Sometimes trial and error make for the best results. Feel free to try some of the following or mix and match.


Also, there are many different kinds of blenders out there so you may have to do a little research on which one will suit your needs. The big differentiating factor (besides price) would be options to filter the fiber. Do you want to be able to separate the fiber and use elsewhere or prepare a drink with the fiber in it?

APPLE-ISH-US


You will need:

2 Apples

1 lemon

1/4 to 1/2 inch pc of Ginger

3 cups of grapes






I recommend "medium" sized apples, lemons, etc for my creations. You can certainly substitute lemon for lime or use red or green apples or grapes. Red apples tend to be a little sweeter and softer. Then there are grapes with or without pits.


Ginger can be quite strong. Play around a little with the amount until you get just the right taste for your palate.


Do you include the skin? Your choice. I use everything to maximize the nutritious fiber content.
