How do I know if I am a beginner, intermediate, or advanced?
You may be a beginner in one area of your life and advanced in another. If you are able to run a half marathon, you would probably be physically advanced. If you struggle with believing in yourself, or sticking to your goals and finishing what you started, you may be at the intermediate stage and need some additional support to get you to the next level.
Maybe you never had any guidance or support in a particular area. You are looking for some training to start figuring things out, you need to come up with a plan, and to chart your OWN course.
