Spiritual Mindfulness

Spirit is timeless, ageless, beautiful, and "unseen".

To be in touch with and understand our own personal spirit puts us on the path to be happy, healthy, and whole.

It starts with one.

Spirit needs to be recognized, and acknowledged as being part of WHO we are.

Intertwined triune beings consisting of Spirit, Soul, and Body.

Spirit requires nurturing and care.

Spirit has a way of "speaking" and communicating with us.

Giving direction, and illuminating our path.

It grows, experiences, and expands over time.

We have a choice regarding what and who we align our spirit with.

Be open, attentive, and heed its voice.

Give it a try. Test the waters. Allow it to carry you through this journey of life.
