R + R can have different meanings depending on what part of the world you are from. For example, in American terms, it refers to rest and recuperation (leave). In British terms, it means "rest and recreation".
We all go through seasons that can be more intense, and demanding than others. It can take its toll on our whole being, and even open the door to sickness and poor health. We need to be proactive, and have preventive practices in place.
We need to factor in some R + R.
