The DO's of Detox

1. Consult a doctor, or healthcare professional before you start.

2. Drink plenty of water and fluids, such as herbal tea.

3. Plan a time frame to work with. A meal, a day, a week.

4. Eat your fruits and vegetables.

Mother always said eat your veggies!

5. Keep workouts lighter than usual.

6. Get enough rest and sleep.

7. Listen to your body.

8. Stay away from alcohol and other addictive substances.

9. Plan, prepare, and practice.
