It is highly recommended that you try the day and/or week detox first.
Follow the organ detox in the order below. Begin cutting back on heavy protein foods and sugars before you enter this detox. Be clean, simple, and natural in your eating habits.
The Colon: Take ½ a teaspoon of a pure baking soda and mix with 2-4 ounces of water. (boil the water first and allow to cool to warm temperature). Repeat in the a.m.and the p.m. Five days on, and five days off for 3 cycles. This can cause additional bowel movements, and or cramping. You may find the mixture a little tart.
The Kidney: Strive for about 2-3 days of eating only raw fruits (am) and vegetables (pm). Be sure to drink plenty of water.
The Liver: Day 1, have a light breakfast such as grapes and watermelon, with vegetable soup for lunch. Prepare 16-20 ounces of chilled water with ¼ to ½ a cup of Epsom salt. (adjust amounts based on size and gender). Start to drink the mixture around 4 pm. It is recommended that you stay close to home. You will be emptying out your system. Day 2, you can have vegetables or soup until 2 p.m. About an hour before you go to bed, plan on having 1 ounce of pure olive oil and 1 ounce of lemon juice 4 times over an hour, in 15-minute intervals.
After drinking the mixture, go to bed and retire on your right side. Your body will flush itself out. Please be prepared for this and be patient. Do not eat during this flush.
Over the next few days slowly reintroduce healthy foods and portions.
Lymphatic Cleanse: Try this juice for 3 weeks. A combination of apple, grapes, lemon juice, and ginger. For one serving I recommend, 1 green apple, 1 and ½ cups of grapes, ½ a lemon, and ½ inch piece of ginger root.
